The staff at the hotel were amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were upgraded to a premium suite with a beautiful view, which was a pleasant surprise. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many restaurants, shops, and public transportation options.
The breakfast could have been better, as there was no buffet and the options were limited. the lack of a door to the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, and the concierge was not helpful when it came to providing recommendations for dinner.

the exclusive amenities were exactly what I needed to unwind and relax. the Spa & wellness centre had a great variety of treatments available, and the full body massage I received left me feeling like I was walking on clouds. the indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the sauna was detoxifying. I also enjoyed the live entertainment provided in the evenings at the spa lounge. the service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive to all my needs.
The only negative experience I had was with room service; the available food options were limited and didn't cater to all dietary restrictions.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, convenient location close to metro stations, and friendly staff. It was also easy to explore this city's sights due to its proximity to many major attractions, all within walking distance. Finally, the hotel facilities including the breakfast selection were excellent.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the edge of Plaza de Espana with easy access to the main street. Our room was spacious, beautifully fitted out, and the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Although we couldn't use the advertised heated indoor pool due to freezing water and had a little issue with the towel fittings in the bathroom, overall I had a great stay with amazing value for the price. I would definitely recommend Barcelo Torre De!

The breakfast is hearty, and the staff is accommodating, making amenities like parking and paid ice buckets worth the stay.
The swimming pool availability was inconsistent and remained withheld for long.
